Welcome to MeetAlfred's Activity Review Options! Whether you're a seasoned user or just getting started, you'll find this feature easy to navigate and incredibly useful.

You can access your campaign activity in two ways.

The first is by navigating to 'Campaigns' > 'Selecting your Campaign' > 'Activity'.

The second option is by navigating to 'Analytics' > 'Activity'.


Understanding Activity Review Options in MeetAlfred

Filtering Your Activities: When reviewing activities, you can easily filter them by lead name, actions, and campaigns. This handy feature allows you to pinpoint the exact information you need for a comprehensive analysis.

What You'll See on the Screen: On the activity review screen, you'll find essential details about each activity, including:

  • Prospect Name: The name of your prospect.

  • Action: The specific action taken.

  • Campaign: The campaign associated with the activity.

  • Date and Time: When the activity was performed.


Understanding Action Types

MeetAlfred tracks various types of actions to provide you with valuable insights. Here's an overview of these actions and what they mean:

  • Alfred Action: Updates made by MeetAlfred within the tool, such as data updates.

  • Already Connected: Leads that have already connected with you.

  • Already Invited: Leads to whom MeetAlfred has already sent a connection request.

  • Connected: Leads that have accepted the connection request sent by MeetAlfred.

  • Email Bounced: Emails that MeetAlfred attempted to send but bounced.

  • Email Opened: The sent email was opened.

  • Email Replies: Replies received to the emails sent.

  • Emailed: MeetAlfred sent an email to the lead.

  • Engage with Profile: Alfred has liked, followed, or viewed the profile.

  • Event Messages: Event messages sent by MeetAlfred.

  • Found: MeetAlfred has found the lead.

  • Greetings: Greeting messages sent.

  • Group Messages: Messages sent to the lead as part of a group message campaign.

  • InMail Replies: Replies received to InMails sent using MeetAlfred.

  • InMail Skipped: InMails not sent due to the lead not meeting specific criteria.

  • InMails: InMail messages sent.

  • Invite Withdrawn: MeetAlfred withdrew the pending invitation for this lead.

  • Invites: MeetAlfred sent an invite to the lead.

  • Invites Followup: Follow-up messages sent after connecting.

  • LinkedIn Profiles Followed: MeetAlfred has followed the LinkedIn profile.

  • Messages: LinkedIn messages sent by MeetAlfred.

  • No Email Found: No email was found for this lead.

  • Replies: Replies detected by MeetAlfred.

  • Returned to Campaign: Leads manually returned to the campaign by someone in your MeetAlfred account.

  • Twitter DM's: Twitter Direct Messages sent by MeetAlfred.

  • Twitter Follows: MeetAlfred has followed the Twitter profile.

  • Twitter Replies: Twitter replies detected from the lead.

  • Unable to Resend: MeetAlfred couldn't resend an invite to a lead who had previously been withdrawn.

  • Lead Excluded/Included: The lead has been marked as excluded or included using the exclusion toggle feature in Meet Alfred.

With this comprehensive list of actions, you can dive deep into your prospect interactions and campaigns, making informed decisions and optimizing your approach for better results.
