Creating Tags With Tag Manager

In this guide, we'll walk you through on how to create, edit, delete, and personalize tags for your connections and leads.

Meet Alfred's Tag Manager feature is a helpful tool that allows you to effortlessly create, edit, delete, and personalize tags for your connections and leads.

To access your Tags, navigate to 'CRM' > 'Tag Manager'.


Creating Tags and Assigning Colors

  1. On the Tag Manager page click on the 'Create Tag' button.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, giving you the option to name your new tag and select a color.

  3. Once you've named your tag and chosen a color, simply click 'Create' to save your new tag.

  4. After saving, your freshly created tag will instantly show up in your Tag Manager with the selected color.


How to Delete Tags

Deleting a tag is a straightforward process. Just follow these steps:

  1. On the Tag Manager page click the (X) 'Delete tag' button located on the right side of the tag you want to remove.

  2. A pop-up warning message will show you that this action cannot be undone. If you're sure about deleting the tag, go ahead and click 'Delete.'

Once the tag is deleted, please note that it will be removed from all contacts it was previously assigned to.


How to Edit a Tag

  1. On the Tag Manager page, select the tag you wish to edit. You'll notice the 'Edit tag' pencil icon on the right side of your chosen tag.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to modify the tag's name and color.

  3. Once you've made your changes, click 'Save.'

Please keep in mind that when you edit a tag, the changes will apply to all contacts with that tag assigned.
