Add an Unsubscribe Link To Emails

Add an Unsubscribe link to your email campaigns in MeetAlfred to give your recipients the option to opt-out. This feature is only available for plans that support multi-channel automation.

To access this option, go to 'Settings' > 'Integrations' > 'Email'.


How It Works

Enable this setting by simply toggling the 'Include unsubscribe link to all email campaigns' button on.

When an email is sent through Alfred while this setting is enabled, the recipient will see the unsubscribe option.

If a contact unsubscribes from your emails, a new tab will open and they will see a short confirmation message:


Once unsubscribed, MeetAlfred will stop sending any further emails to that contact.


View Unsubscribed Contacts

You can easily export and view the list of unsubscribers in 'Settings' >'Integrations' > 'Email' and click on 'Export unsubscribed emails'.

This will generate a CSV file with the email addresses that have unsubscribed from your email campaigns.

  • If you disconnect your email integration from MeetAlfred and connect a new email account, the unsubscribed list will be reset.

  • If you reconnect a previously related email account that had generated email unsubscribers, MeetAlfred will regenerate the same unsubscribed list.
