What is White Label?

White labeling is a process that allows you to customize and rebrand a software platform with your own branding elements. With Meet Alfred's White Label feature, you can make the platform truly yours by adding your logos, adjusting the color scheme, and incorporating your domain.

This special capability is exclusively available for our Teams plan and can only be activated by an Account owner role.

Getting Started: Step by Step

  1. Access Your Account: Log in to your MeetAlfred account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to White Label Settings: Once you're logged in, head to the settings section of your account. Look for the "White Label" tab.

  3. Turn White Label On: Switch on the toggle button to enable White Label and start customizing your account.

  4. Upload Your Logos: Begin by uploading your brand's logos. These logos will replace MeetAlfred's default logos across the platform.

  5. Choose Your Color Scheme: Customize the color scheme to match your brand's identity.

  6. Incorporate Your Domain: One of the key aspects of white labeling is incorporating your own domain.

  7. Customize Emails: You can even set up a custom email address that will be used for system notification emails. This means that any automated emails sent by the system will reflect your desired email address instead of the default "[email protected]" address.

  8. Apply Your Changes: Once you're satisfied with your customizations, apply the changes. The platform will now reflect your brand's identity whenever your clients or team members interact with it.

Turning Off White Label

  1. Follow the steps above to access the "White Label" settings tab.

  2. Locate the toggle switch that enables the White Label feature.

  3. Flip the toggle to the "Off" position and confirm that you want to proceed.

When you turn off the White Label feature, all customizations will revert to MeetAlfred's default settings.
