Set Up Your Own Branding with Meet Alfred’s White Label Feature

Take full control of how your brand is presented with Meet Alfred’s White Label capabilities—designed exclusively for Teams accounts and accessible only by Account Owners.

With White Label, you can:

📖 Brand your Alfred dashboard with your company’s logo and colors

📖 Customize the login domain to create a seamless, branded experience for your team and clients

📖 Set up SMTP integration to send emails from your own domain, reinforcing your brand with every message

To access your White Label feature, navigate to 'Teams' > 'White Label'.

Changes made to your branding settings will automatically apply to all team members’ accounts.


Customize Your Branding

1. Enable White Label

  • Go to the White Label page.

  • Toggle the switch on to activate White Label.

2. Open Branding Settings

  • Under the Branding section, click the dropdown arrow to expand your customization options.

3. Add Your Brand Details

  • Company Name: Enter your company name.

  • Upload Your Logos (PNG, JPG, or SVG formats are supported):

    • Favicon: Appears in browser tabs and bookmarks. (Max size: 16×16 px)

    • Logo Icon: Replaces the Meet Alfred logo at the top-left of the app. (Max size: 72×72 px)

    • Logo: Used in email notifications and replaces the Meet Alfred logo. (Max size: 232×48 px)

4. Customize Interface Colors

Use the color picker or enter your hex codes. You'll see a live preview on the right-hand side.

  • Menu Color: Sets the sidebar and top navigation color.

  • Accent Color: Used for action buttons, selected icons, and toggle switches.

  • Secondary Color: Applies to text links, floating buttons, and underlines.

  • Error Notification Banner: Shown for critical alerts (e.g., disconnections).

  • Warning Notification Banner: Used for alerts like paused campaigns.

Save Your Settings

When you’re happy with how everything looks, click Apply Branding Settings to save your changes.

💡 Turning Branding On or Off

You can disable White Label at any time by toggling it off. Your custom branding will be saved and will reappear if you turn it back on later.
