These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promo Terms") govern your participation in this limited-time offer. By redeeming this offer, you agree to these Promo Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of the standard Meet Alfred Terms of Service available at https://meetalfred.com/terms. In the event of a conflict between these Promo Terms and the standard Terms of Service regarding this specific Promotion, these Promo Terms shall prevail.
Restriction on Account Pausing
Upon activation of this Promotion, the "Pause Subscription" feature will be temporarily disabled. You acknowledge that you will not be able to pause your account activity or billing cycle during the effective period of this Promotion. The Pause option will automatically become available again only after the promotional period has concluded.
Plan Modifications and Forfeiture
This Promotion is tied specifically to the plan active at the time of redemption. If you elect to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify your subscription plan while the Promotion is active:
- The remaining duration of the "3 Months Free" promotional portion will be immediately forfeited.
- The Promotion is non-transferable to a new plan tier.
Calculation of Credits on Upgrades
In the event of a plan change or upgrade during the promotional period, pro-rated credits will be calculated as follows:
- Paid Portion: Any remaining "unused time" derived from your actual paid subscription funds will be credited toward the cost of your new upgraded plan.
- Promotional Portion: The "3 Months Free" promotional period holds no monetary cash value. Consequently, the promotional time will not be reflected in the "unused time" calculation and will not be credited toward the new plan.
Automatic Renewal and Post-Promotion Pricing
At the conclusion of the promotional period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard non-promotional rate. Your account will be converted to a Quarterly billing cycle charged at the standard pricing applicable at the time of renewal. You may cancel your subscription in the cancellation section of the billing page at the end of the period.
Current standard rates are:
- Basic Plan: Calculated at $49.00 USD per month (billed quarterly).
- Pro Plan: Calculated at $79.00 USD per month (billed quarterly).
