How Do I Create My First Campaign in Meet Alfred?

Click Create, pick a campaign type, add your leads, drag in the steps you want, and press Publish. Meet Alfred handles the sending schedule from there.

Meet Alfred allows you to build different types of outreach campaign sequences tailored to your target audience. The process follows three clear stages:

  • Add leads — import or select the contacts you want Meet Alfred to reach
  • Design your outreach — drag-and-drop steps, set delays, and personalize every touchpoint
  • Publish and monitor — name the campaign, launch it, and track results in real time while Meet Alfred manages delivery (see Reporting & Tracking)

LinkedIn Lead Sources: Where to Pull Your Prospects From

When you create a LinkedIn campaign or multi-channel campaign, Meet Alfred lets you import leads from nine built-in sources. Simply pick your preferred option, set your filters, and click Next (learn more about Multichannel Sequences Automation):

  • LinkedIn Search filters inside Meet Alfred
  • Any LinkedIn search URL you paste (see LinkedIn Search URL Campaign)
  • Your existing first-degree connections
  • CSV upload of profile URLs (see Import Leads From a CSV File Using Alfred)
  • Real-time contacts from third-party integrations (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
  • People who liked or commented on a LinkedIn post
  • Employees of a specific LinkedIn Company Page
  • Audiences that engaged with your LinkedIn Ads
  • Subscribers to a LinkedIn Newsletter you own

Designing Your Outreach: Drag-and-Drop Campaign Steps

Once your leads are in place, drag any combination of actions into your sequence. Typical LinkedIn steps include:

  • Profile views
  • Follows
  • Post likes or comments
  • Personalised connection requests
  • One-to-one follow-up messages
  • Group, Event, or Company-follower broadcasts
  • InMails, email touches, or Twitter DMs for multi-channel flows

Use the timing controls beside each step to set a natural delay — hours or days — before Meet Alfred moves on to the next touch. Learn more about LinkedIn automation and campaign actions with LinkedIn Lead Generation.

How to Personalize Outreach Messages Using Dynamic Fields

Within Meet Alfred, you can personalize every outreach touch — connection requests, messages, InMails, emails, or Twitter DMs — using dynamic fields (see AI Personalization). Click Personalize to insert variables, or open Templates to drop in a proven script in seconds.

Pro Tip: A well-crafted campaign is about more than automation — it's about connection. Make sure your message:

  • Grabs attention early
  • Clearly communicates your value
  • Leads your audience to take action

If you want to adjust your sequence at any point, click the X beside any step to remove it, then continue adding steps as needed. There is no limit to how many steps a campaign can include, so you can make your sequence as long or as short as your strategy requires.

Is There a Limit to the Number of Steps in a Campaign?

No. Meet Alfred lets you add unlimited steps to any campaign. That said, shorter, targeted sequences typically convert better — so focus on quality over quantity when designing your outreach.

Publishing and Monitoring Your Campaign

Once you're satisfied with your sequence, click Next, give your campaign a name, and review the summary overview. When everything looks right, click Publish.

As soon as you publish, your campaign goes live. A green status indicator confirms it is running. If you need to pause at any time, select the pause icon — a yellow indicator means the campaign is paused.

As Meet Alfred begins performing actions, sending connection requests, and tracking conversions, all of that data becomes available for you to manage and review directly within the platform.

Can I Run Several Campaigns at the Same Time?

Yes. You can keep multiple campaigns active concurrently. Meet Alfred's safety automation ensures you stay within best practice limits (see Customizable AI Settings), so you can scale your outreach and achieve faster results without compromising quality.
