How do I create my first campaign in Meet Alfred?

Click “Create,” pick a campaign type, add your leads, drag in the steps you want, and press “Publish.” Meet Alfred handles the sending schedule from there.

Meet Alfred allows you to create different types of outreach campaign sequences for your target audience. In this video, we'll cover some of the campaign basics.

Head over to Create and pick the campaign builder that fits your goal. From there, every sequence follows three clear steps:

  • Add leads—import or select the contacts you’d like Meet Alfred to reach.
  • Design your outreach—drag-and-drop steps, set delays, and personalize every touchpoint.
  • Publish & monitor—name the campaign, launch it, and watch Meet Alfred handle delivery while you track results in real time.

When you create a LinkedIn or multi-channel campaign, Meet Alfred lets you pull prospects from any of the nine built-in lead sources below—simply pick your preferred option, set the filters, and click Next:

  • LinkedIn Search filters inside Meet Alfred
  • Any LinkedIn search URL you paste
  • Your existing first-degree connections
  • CSV upload of profile URLs
  • Real-time contacts from third-party integrations (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
  • People who liked or commented on a LinkedIn post
  • Employees of a specific LinkedIn Company Page
  • Audiences that engaged with your LinkedIn Ads
  • Subscribers to a LinkedIn Newsletter you own

Next, drag any combination of actions into your sequence. Typical LinkedIn steps include:

  • Profile views
  • Follows
  • Post likes or comments
  • Personalised connection requests
  • One-to-one follow-up messages
  • Group, Event, or Company-follower broadcasts
  • InMails, email touches, or Twitter DMs for multi-channel flows

Use the timing controls beside each step to set a natural delay—hours or days—before Meet Alfred moves on to the next touch.

Within Meet Alfred, you can personalize every outreach touch—connection requests, messages, InMails, emails, or Twitter DMs—using dynamic fields. Click Personalize to insert variables, or open Templates to drop in a proven script in seconds.

Pro Tip: A great campaign isn’t just about automation—it’s about connection. Make sure your message:

  • Grabs attention early
  • Clearly communicates your value
  • Leads your audience to take action

If at any point you want to edit this the way that your sequences are looking, simply go ahead and click on the 'X' to remove a step and continue to add as many steps as you like. There's no limit to how many steps you can have within a campaign. So feel free to make it as long or as short as you want.

Is there a limit to the number of steps in a campaign?

No. Meet Alfred lets you add unlimited steps, but shorter, targeted sequences usually convert better.

Once you're happy, simply click on next and give your campaign a name. Over here you'll see a quick overview of what your campaign will look like. And once you're happy, click on Publish. As soon as you hit Publish, your campaign will go live, and you'll be able to tell that the status is green, which means it is running. If you want to pause a campaign, you can do that at any time by simply selecting this icon—and yellow means that the campaign has been paused.

As data becomes available and Meet Alfred starts performing actions or sending invitations and tracking conversion, you'll be able to manage all that info here.

Can I run several campaigns at the same time?

Yes. You can keep multiple campaigns active concurrently while Meet Alfred’s safety automation ensures you stay within best practice limits. This approach helps you scale outreach and achieve faster results without compromising quality.

How can I personalize each message in my campaign?

Open the message editor, and click "Perso..." to insert dynamic fields and tailor each outreach. This ensures your messages resonate with every lead, improving engagement and demonstrating Meet Alfred’s versatile capabilities.
