General Application:

These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promo Terms") govern your participation in this limited-time offer. By redeeming this offer, you agree to these Promo Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of the standard Meet Alfred Terms of Service available at https://meetalfred.com/terms . In the event of a conflict between these Promo Terms and the standard Terms of Service regarding this specific Promotion, these Promo Terms shall prevail.

Account Pausing:

The "Pause Subscription" feature remains available in accordance with the standard Meet Alfred Terms of Service. You may pause your account activity or billing cycle as normal without forfeiting the promotional status, subject to standard pausing limits.

Plan Modifications and Forfeiture:

This Promotion is tied specifically to the plan active at the time of redemption. If you elect to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify your subscription plan while the Promotion is active:

The remaining duration of the "12 Months Free" promotional portion will be immediately forfeited.
The Promotion is non-transferable to a new plan tier.

Calculation of Credits on Upgrades:

In the event of a plan change or upgrade during the promotional period, pro-rated credits will be calculated as follows:
Paid Portion: Any remaining "unused time" derived from your actual paid subscription funds will be credited toward the cost of your new upgraded plan.

Automatic Renewal and Price Lock:

At the conclusion of the promotional period, your subscription will automatically renew. Crucially, the promotional pricing secured during this offer will remain in effect for future billing cycles, provided that no changes are made to the plan (tier or billing frequency). Your account will continue on an Annual billing cycle at this grandfathered promotional rate.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation section of the billing page. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active and accessible through the end of the current paid period.
No Retention Discounts: Please note that due to the deeply discounted nature of this Promotion, no further cost-based discounts or retention offers will be available upon cancellation.

Interaction with Other Discounts and Coupons

Referral Program: Your participation in the Meet Alfred referral program remains unaffected. Standard referral credits ($10 USD) will continue to be applied to your upcoming invoices, provided the referred team remains active in accordance with our referral terms.
Coupon Restrictions: This Promotion cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Upon upgrading to this Promotion, any previously active coupons on your account will be immediately removed. Furthermore, the option to redeem additional coupons via the billing page will be disabled for the duration of this Promotion.
