00:03Hi there. I'm Alfred. Let me show you an easier way to share templates with your team. Within your Meet Alfred account.

00:10You can create templates that are shared across your team. On the Team Templates page, you'll find all of the different templates that you

00:17and other team members have created and shared. To create a team template, simply click on Create template, and you're going to start off by providing your template

00:26with a name, selecting the category, and next to the availability option. Select Team. Now it's time to customize your template.

00:34You can include various elements such as attachments, hyperlinks, and even transform it into an email or LinkedIn InMail template by adding a subject line.

00:44Once done, click on save and that's it. Your template is now available for your team members to view, clone, and utilize.
