00:18connections, or the replies page. Just look for the exclude button next to their name and click it. Think of it like a do not disturb switch.

00:28Once someone is excluded, they won't receive any messages from campaigns you create within Meet Alfred. Want to review or manage your excluded contacts?

00:39Head over to the exclude list page that you'll see everyone you've excluded along with filters to help you search by name and more.
