To manage your connections or leads within your Alfred account, simply click on the Contacts tab and choose to view the connections or leads page. On the connections page, you can view, organize and manage all of your LinkedIn first degree connections and contact information. You'll also have the ability to exclude certain contacts from receiving any messages of the campaigns that you are currently running, or any future campaigns that you will run.
To enable this option, simply click on the button next to the person's name and this will exclude them. If you change your mind, you can simply click on it one more time to turn it off.
The great thing about Alfred is that you can view and manage your LinkedIn connections information all in one place. When you subscribe to one of our plans, you'll have access to this advanced CRM that will allow you to see everything from their company name, their position, their email available on their LinkedIn profile, any phone number, location, industry, and even the skills listed on their LinkedIn profile.
You can also modify how the information is being displayed. By rearranging the columns simply drag them around and then the change will be applied right away. You can easily search to find specific contacts by typing in their name, or you can also use their phone number or their email or even select from different filtering options available.
If you'd like to create a lead nurturing campaign or export this data, you can easily do that by selecting the different contacts that you'd like to target and either choose to create a campaign or export the data you see here.
Now let's head over to the leads page. To get there, simply click on Leads. And on this screen, you'll be able to monitor and keep track of all of your LinkedIn prospect information. So, these are all of the leads that have been created or targeted by your Alfred campaigns. You can also choose to exclude certain leads from any future messaging or current messaging. You can also view some basic data and view their profile - and you'll also be able to export the data that you see listed here.
